Refund and Cancellation

What this covers
This policy covers the subscription fees a firm pays FirmsNest to use the platform. It does not cover the fees a firm charges its own clients — those are paid firm-to-client through the firm's own Razorpay account or UPI ID, and FirmsNest never holds, routes, or refunds that money.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by writing to support@firmsnest.in.
Monthly plans
The fee for the current month is non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription stays active for the remainder of the month you have paid for and then ends — it does not renew, and access stops the day before the next billing cycle would have begun. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
Annual plans
An annual plan is paid upfront for the year. If you cancel, the current month and any months already used are charged in full and are non-refundable — subject to a minimum charge of 30 days — and the remaining unused months are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within seven working days. Any applicable GST is adjusted in line with the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect it.
